U12 – U17 Male Age Groups: May 13 and May 18. 7:00-8:15 PM

U8 – U11 Female Age Groups: May 14 and May 19. 5:30-6:45 PM

U12-U17 Female Age Groups: May 14 and May 19. 7:00-8:15 PM

Tryouts are free to attend and no commitment is required until you have been offered and accepted a position on a team.

Oxford Football Club teams will be selected through a 2 day tryout process that allows coaches to evaluate players in the areas of technical ability (execution of soccer actions and skills), tactical ability (decision making and game understanding), and physical ability (speed, fitness, and endurance). Teams will be selected through a group effort of the entire training staff and coaches. New players who are interested in playing must attend both tryout dates. Returning players must attend one tryout date.
Tryouts are free of charge and no commitment is required until you have been offered and accepted a position on a team.
All players are REQUIRED to PRE-REGISTER ONLINE in advance of tryouts. By pre-registering, you are not registered to a team nor are you under any obligation. The online registration software is how we will communicate additional tryout information, team placement, and acceptance of a position on a team. You only need to register once per player attending.
Players should arrive 30 minutes prior to times posted on their initial day of tryouts to allow for check-in. Each player should bring adequate water, a soccer ball and wear shin guards to all tryout sessions.
All players are expected to try out with their age group. Decisions will be made on players internally by the coaches and directors based on club “Play up” standards as to whether a player will be moved permanently to an older team’s roster. If a player is already playing up in an age group then they can continue to tryout for that team unless otherwise notified before the tryout. All new players that are trying out will automatically try out for their age group.
Team placement decisions will be released within 72 hours of the second tryout date. Players will be placed on teams by age and ability level. If your grade age and birthdate age do not match up, please contact us.
All tryouts will take place at the mTrade Park.
